• Restaurants are by nature the biggest users of food products and energy and we arecommitted of doing actions that preserve the future of our children.
• We select our products with care to limit our ecological footprint as much as we can.We choose, whenever possible, the short circuits or the nearest suppliers.
• The used oils are being reprocessed and we use the local organisation SEDIMEN topick them up and recycle them. We sort the cardboards, the wrappings and the glass.
• For our lighting we prefer light bulbs with a low consumption and we use timers ormovement detectors. We equipped the water supply of the restaurant with a pressurereducer to economize water.
